Setup Your First Lead Form

1. Click Lead Forms.

1. Click + Create New Form.

1. Enter the details below:

• Campaign/Form Name

• Select Category

• Select Account To Assign To

• Click Create Form

Lead Form successfully created & you will be directed to the form setting.

1. Click Delete to delete the Lead Form.

1. Click Yes, Delete Form to confirm the deletion.
